Following another round of intense interviews, a third group of associates is tasked with designing a table setting for the company website’s upcoming LA dinner party/fashion shoot. Upon landing in LA, the pressure mounts as two associates work to execute a flawless, fabulous event at a stunning estate – all while attempting to meet Jenna’s exacting standards.
Looking to expand their growing team, Jenna Lyons and her chief of staff Kyle DeFord set out to find the right team members for their new business venture. After first-round interviews, they’re joined by Jenna’s “chief de fashion” Sarah Clary as they challenge four potential associates to “reinvent a classic” – but later, only two can help Jenna redesign her first client’s timeless Brooklyn brownstone.
